Steam Queen Ring

I've finally finished this ring, which I love so much.

I love the combination of pale pinks in the pearl seed beads and the swarovski diamante with the mixed metals.

Crescent Earrings

I added a dangle to the earrings in the previous post, so they're finished now!

They will most likely be for sale at some point in the future.

Works in Progress

A couple of things that I started over the past couple of days but aren't quite finished yet.

This piece will most probably end up being a brooch. I think it needs a bit more decoration, but I haven't really decided what yet.

This piece is going to become a ring very soon. I wasn't sure how well the different components would work together until I added the Swarovski diamante and the cog, but now I love it. Wire is one of my favourite materials to work with, and I really like the copper with the thinner brass running through it.

These earrings are a bit mis-matched, but I think that's cool. They are pretty much finished, but I might add a charm or some other drop at the bottom of each.

I'm happy with the way my first step into steampunk style jewellery is going, I thought I might struggle for ideas and inspiration, but the pieces seem to be building themselves at the moment. I still need to build my component collection up a bit more, I'm still playing with the basics right now. I can't wait to carry on and create more beautiful pieces!
